Club Facilities

The 3 West Club offers six distinct spaces that host functions from an intimate dinner for ten to a large conference for 200 guests. We also have guest rooms with 25 basic rooms and 2 suites which are available for the public as well as meeting guests. We do offer discounted guest room rates for groups booking event space. With over 7,000 sq. feet of meeting space, we have the optimal setting for your events, meetings and parties.

We have hand selected our collection of event professionals. They have demonstrated a commitment to excellence and have proven to exceed expectations.

Our stately Grand Ballroom; with Austrian crystal chandeliers, 20-foot ceilings, and a balcony is our largest space and offers great flexibility in the set up of your event. A sweeping marble staircase takes your guests right from the Club's lobby to the Ballroom's large foyer, where our bartenders in tuxedo await to serve your guests from the bar along the balustrade. Perfect for galas, sit down dinners, classroom presentations, theater set ups, cocktail parties, and wedding celebrations.

The elegant Grand Salon is a cherished ballroom, boasting not only two spectacular chandeliers inside the room, but yet another in the foyer. The two fireplaces at either end of the room, with picturesque marble mantelpieces, have large mirrors just above them which reflect the room and chandeliers beautifully.

Richly carpeted and complete with Baby Grand piano, this room contains many small groupings of couches and arm chairs, providing a great setting for intimate conversation. This space is ideal for a presentation, a cocktail reception, a wedding ceremony, or a filming.

Solarium (900 Sq. Feet)

The entire south wall of our beautiful Solarium is a glass enclosure, leading your guests out to a large outdoor terrace with additional outdoor seating and stunning views of St. Patrick's Cathedral. A retractable awning makes this space usable rain or shine!

The Library is located on the 4th floor and is perfect for an intimate meeting or board dinner. It has classic décor, a fireplace, and scenic windows allowing natural light to flow in. This room also has a connecting door to our adjoining Lincoln room.
